Juggling the ever-changing demands of construction projects. Architects and Engineers often need additional specialized staff on short notice. CTC can provide staff at all levels of experience to work in your office, on a job site, or at CTC’s headquarters, to bring your projects to successful completion.

Services for Building Owners and Managers
CTC has been supporting building owners, building managers, and building engineers in many ways for more than two decades. Among the many services we provide, is the organization of the building drawings, whether from original blueprints or CAD files. CTC will inventory and organize your drawings. We can convert them to AutoCAD or Revit. When drawings are not available we will survey existing conditions and create new drawings. We also modify existing drawings (As-Builts). In addition, CTC can archive, maintain and distribute the drawings on an as-needed basis through our partnership with DocClarity.
Staffing Services
CTC understands the difficulty with finding good talent and pride itself with placing only the best talent. We have extensive knowledge of all disciplines which helps us evaluate the candidate’s experience. CTC has been placing staff with top 100 firms A&E firms locally and national for over 25 years locally, nationally and internationally. Prior to sending any prospective candidate out for an interview CTC tests them on the latest software.
CTC supports the Architectural and Engineering community with Project managers, Designers with AutoCAD and Revit/BIM experience. CTC’s staff enjoys a wide range of project types, including retail, tenant improvements, healthcare, hospitality and commercial high rises. Candidates placed by CTC can be placed in your office as well on the job site. Staffing arrangements can be made to place a candidate on a temporary basis or as temporary to hire or just a direct hire.
